By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. betbro conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process and will request documentary evidence of age prior to processing any withdrawal.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of betbro's services complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. betbro makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access betbro from a Restricted Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one betbro account. The existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms. betbro reserves the right to close all accounts involved and withhold any funds or bonuses contained within them.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to betbro is accurate at the time of registration and remains current throughout your use of the platform. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
4.4 betbro reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). betbro may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbro account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. betbro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 You must notify betbro immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. betbro's support team is available 24/7 to assist with account security incidents.
5.4 betbro uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all login transactions and may implement additional security measures including device fingerprinting and unusual-activity detection. These measures operate in the background and are designed to protect your account without creating additional friction during the login process.
6.1 Supported Methods. betbro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. Availability of specific methods may vary from time to time.

6.2 Deposits. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. betbro reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment account that does not match the registered account holder's identity and to close the account in such cases.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available only to verified account holders. Where technically possible, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. betbro reserves the right to apply standard processing reviews to withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously made a withdrawal.
6.4 Fees. betbro does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any transaction fees charged by the payment network are disclosed at the point of transaction and are not collected by betbro.
6.5 Currency. The betbro platform transacts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for domestic payment methods. USDT TRC20 transactions are denominated in USDT. Exchange rate risk for USDT transactions is borne by the Player.
7.1 betbro offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. betbro prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform; and exploiting errors in bonus crediting. betbro reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
7.4 Eligibility. Bonus offers may be restricted by geography, payment method, game type, or Player history. betbro reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to specific segments of its Player base at its sole discretion.
7.5 Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
8.1 All sports betting markets, casino games, slot titles, and other gaming products available on betbro are governed by the specific rules applicable to that product, which are displayed within the platform and form part of these Terms.
8.2 betbro reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error is identified, regardless of the displayed outcome. Affected stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. betbro accepts no liability for bets placed on stale or incorrect prices resulting from data feed latency. Where material pricing errors are identified post-settlement, betbro reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and market has minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the platform. betbro reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
8.5 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session or slot game, all bets for the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. betbro is not liable for any loss of winnings alleged to have resulted from a technical interruption.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betbro platform:

11.1 betbro's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betbro makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11.2 betbro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or data errors; loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform; or loss caused by third-party payment processing delays.
11.3 betbro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.1 By betbro. betbro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, for regulatory compliance reasons, or where continued access poses a risk to other Players or the integrity of the platform.
13.2 Funds on Termination. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, betbro reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds held in that account. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, betbro will process a withdrawal of the verified balance within a reasonable period.
13.3 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting betbro's support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC process. Unconverted bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
14.1 betbro collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at betbro.one/privacy-policy.
14.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processing partners for the purpose of completing deposit and withdrawal transactions.
